I took the plunge, and bought my business license today! I am now the (very proud) owner of The Apple Branch Pantry. I will be making jam, and anything else I feel like throwing in a canning jar. I am spending this week getting set up, and then the first batches of jam are due to be canned on Saturday. :)
I am very excited.
