Alaska Women

Stories of two women I know:

My one friend A. looked out her front window one day to see a black bear on her front porch, getting into garbage. Without blinking an eye, she grabbed her son's bicycle helmet, opened the front door and hit it in the head to get it to go away.

My other friend L. looked out in her backyard to see a bald eagle attacking her son's pet duck. Wearing a robe and slippers, she ran out into the yard, screaming and waving her arms, until it flew off. She then rescued the duck, and it is now recovering in a nest made by her son.

ONLY IN ALAKSA!!

By the way, my friends totally kick butt.
